The Donald had some day yesterday–quick trip to Mexico without the dirty press? Check. Accused of lying by the Mexican president? Check. Throw red meat to the base to top off the day? Check. The long-awaited (or dreaded?) immigration speech really was a barn-burner. For over an hour he fired up the xenophobes and racists with dire descriptions of the living hell that is the US with a broken immigration system. I almost don’t know where to start, so I thought I’d check in with America’s long-standing welcome wagon. Open Arms
